In the conceptual example below, three unlabeled circles represent target areas for custom mentoring and coaching program development. Note that two of the target areas are suitable for only one employee each, whereas the third target area is suitable for six employees.

Talent Mentoring & Coaching selects and delivers educational components for assembly into custom mentoring and coaching programs required to close capability gaps of employees identified by Talent Assessment.
Continuing the example above into the conceptual diagram below, three custom programs (designated by dashed arrows) have been identified, namely one program to advance one employee from Quadrant 1 to Quadrant 2, one program to advance one employee from Quadrant 3 to Quadrant 4, and finally one program to advance six employees from Quadrant 2 to Quadrant 4.
Note also that the custom program used to advance the six employees from Quadrant 2 to Quadrant 4 can be reused for the circled employee in Quadrant 1 once that employee has advanced to Quadrant 2 as shown below.
