Marc Codispoti recently served an insurance company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he was responsible for establishing, strategizing, and executing the company's sales, marketing and client programs.

He also managed business development for the organization working with both customers and prospects to increase engagement, communication, and activity. In addition, Mr. Codispoti was responsible for building and managing the company's client services team to ensure contract fulfillment and client satisfaction further advancing the company's brand and reputation for excellence.

Prior to this, Mr. Codispoti ran the U.S. reinsurance division at a major insurance industry standards organization, where he was responsible for managing the North American reinsurance and large commercial division. His work included the formation of a reinsurance advisory committee of industry executives, events that fostered conversations and activity between reinsurers, brokers, and cedents, and programs that increased awareness and presence of reinsurance across communications and events.

 

Mr. Codispoti also served as the Vice President of the largest reinsurance company for over 12 years where he developed and managed the marketing, production and underwriting portfolio for worldwide reinsurance. He established underwriting opportunities in The U.S., Australia, Asia, and Latin America while implementing a strategic client marketing plan and budget for reinsurance.
