KEY REQUIREMENTS:
-
5+ years experience in Commercial P&C insurance as a Business & Product Analyst using an agile product delivery approach
-
5+ years experience in P&C insurance as a Business & Product Analyst working on complex, large scale in-house and COTS solutions, preferably underwriting, claims, or ERP
-
5+ years DevOps experience
BUSINESS ANALYST II - IV
Focus:
Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life & Annuity (L&A) insurance
Years:
3 - 7
Compensation:
$85 - $150K base + bonus
Location:
Morristown, NJ
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

3 - 7 years of BA and BSA experience

3 - 7 years working with software delivery life cycle, esp. agile

3 - 7 years COTS requirements, configuration and integration experience

2 - 7 years P&C and/or L&A insurance experience

PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE BUSINESS/SYSTEM ANALYST II - IV

$100 - $150K base + bonus

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

2 - 10 years requirements discovery, analysis, development, and validation, preferably using use cases
